The M3 between the two cities is busy in both peaks, and the evening is when people most often book us — the rail service between Winchester and Southampton thins out at night and nobody wants to be standing on a platform at half past eleven. The train between Southampton and Winchester is quick and frequent during the day, and if you are going from station to station it is hard to beat.
