The two fixed points are when you are likely to be off the ship and when you need to be at Heathrow. We plan backwards from the flight and forwards from disembarkation, and if the gap is tight we will say so honestly rather than agree to something we are not comfortable with. If you have a late-afternoon flight there is usually plenty of room; if it is a mid-morning departure the same day, tell us early.
